Mr. William T.C. Leung

Mr. Leung is the Principal consultant and Partner of Advance Management Consulting Ltd. His specialization is in the development and implementation of Quality & Environmental Management System (QEMS) and in which numerous business process reengineering activities will take place. Apart from the above, Mr. Leung is also a globally recognized Lead Auditor.

Prior to be a management consultant, Mr. Leung served at an international certification body, where he was responsible for quality system auditing and training. As a lead auditor, he has conducted more than 200 system audits in the Far East region.

Apart from being a well-experienced presenter of a wide range of Process Improvement Programs, SPC program and Quality Control Program, Mr. Leung is also the IQA Certified ISO 9000 Lead Assessor tutor at Nigal Bauer & Associate and certified trainer from Civil Aviation Department (CAD).

Mr. Herrick Lau

Mr. Herrick is Chairman of Macau Quality Society. He has over 20 years experience in implementation of Quality Management.

Mr. Lau has represented clients from both Hong Kong, Macau and Overseas in a wide range of segments including industrial, servicing and public utilities. Furthermore, He specializes in the development and implementation of organizational strategies and operation management system.

In addition to his expert performance, Mr. Lau has shown great concern in public quality management issues. He has spoken in several quality management conferences in Macau.

Mr. CO Chan
Senior Consultant

Mr. CO Chan worked in Motorola in the early 90's and has in depth experience in the application of Six Sigma. He is an American Society for Quality (ASQ) certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Master Black Belt of Fortune 500 company. He has trained over 80 Black Belts. Mr. Chan has over 17 years of industrial and academic experience and is a Chartered Engineer. He has extended experience in Six Sigma training and consultancy with many organizations in Hong Kong and China such as Standard Chartered Bank, Hong Kong Airport Authority, Pfizer, Capable, CLP, Metro Financial Radio Station, Sun Yat Sin University, University of Hong Kong and City University of Hong Kong. Mr. Chan is also carrying out consultancy work with companies in South China region.

He holds a BSc(Eng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Hong Kong, MSc and ME degree from Imperial College, University of London, UK and Sydney University in Australia respectively both in automation field. Mr. Chan is now pursuing his doctorate thes is on the topic of Six Sigma Application in China at City University of Hong Kong.

Ms. Winsome Hui

Ms. Winsome Hui is the Consultant of Advance management Consulting Ltd. She has an extensive knowledge of Quality Management System, Environmental Management
System, Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

Ms. Hui has worked with multinational and local enterprises in the application of Structured Approach to Integrate Process Redesign & quality system implementation concepts for quality system implementation. These projects have addressed a variety of business segments including Manufacturing, Transportation, Catering and Engineering Servicing. All of them were successfully certified at the first assessment.

Mr. Damien Wong
Senior Consultant

Damien is an expert in research and design of information security. He has over 15 years ISMS experience in various industrials. Mr. Wong has set forth security management system for numerous corporations including Reuters Asia, SmartTone, HK Stock Exchange, and TVB.com.

Mr. Wong has also represented clients from both Hong Kong and Overseas in a wide range of segments including industrial, servicing and public utilities. Furthermore, Mr. Wong specializes in the development and implementation of organizational strategies and operation management system. He is TOC certified consultant.

Before joining Advance, Mr. Wong was the Regional Security Manager of PRUDENTIAL CORPORATION ASIA. In 2003, he wrote the first Security Policy for Asia base on ISO17799, and on-going implementation. The policy governs twelve countries' operation which currently has 60,000 agents and staffs serving millions of customers. These countries include all major Asia locations - China, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore and others.
